Here's another great WSJ Op/Ed piece by Wesley Clark, "A Judgment on Iraq," which has been reprinted at his blog at WesPAC | SecuringAmerica.
Once again, Clark shares keen political insights on true meaning behind Ned Lamonts' victory and Joe Liebermans' (ehm, ..."1st half") defeat. Clark argues that it will present "triple opportunity" (albeit fleeting one) for the Republicans, as they attempt to exploit Liebermans' decision to run as an "Independent Democrat", in order to spin the real truths about what really happened Tuesday -- a judgment against those who supported the Bush administrations failed policies on Iraq, terrorism and the Middle East.
However, Clark directly confronts this desperate tactic by the neocons head on and keenly recognizes that it's been the Democratic Party that has been at the forefront towards a real "change in course" for Iraq with a real national security plan, ...
